Introduction to Immigration Law:

Immigration law allows people to legally take up residence in another - particularly in looking to escape problems in their homeland. Consequently, they may have actually entered the country in looking to seek asylum as refugees under the following sub-headings because section 55 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 established the Secretary of State "(can)not provide or arrange for the provision of support" to asylum seekers unless they have made their claim, illustrated by the decision in R v. Secretary of State for the Home Department ex parte Q and others [2003] EWCA Civ 364
