How does your service work?
We have recently revised our ordering system to make things more efficient for you. You now submit your order to us using our Order Page (and send us your work to extrainfolawteacher.net). We take payment by paypal at the time of placing your order because we now have sufficient Assessment Officers on our books to be able to assure you that we can 
complete the assessment.
Your work will be sent confidentially to an Assessment Officer who is qualified to help you with your assignment.
You choose the speed of service - your work can be with you the following day, within 2 or 3 days, or you can opt for our budget 5 day turnaround. The quality of the service remains the same either way.
Please note that orders received (with valid payment) after 4pm may be processed the following working day (although in all cases we will try and process your order straight away).
Once your work has been marked, it will be returned to you via e-mail, before midnight, on the delivery date.Will you be able to assess my work? Our full comprehensive critique service will provide the same assessment of spelling, grammar, structure and referencing but in addition, will add feedback on the content of your work and how you have addressed the question. Please note that our guarantee to improve your grade only applies to our full comprehensive service.
How can I use the assessment? Our basic service gives you feedback on spelling, grammar, structure and referencing. All changes and additions will be tracked so you can choose to accept or ignore suggestions.
Our full comprehensive critique service will provide appropriate suggestions on the content of your work and how you have addressed the question. You can either take our suggestions/amendments and apply them or ignore them - it is entirely up to you.
What can I expect from my Assessment Officer?
This depends on the quality of your work but the marking will be similar to what you can expect from your university lecturer. If you have written a very good piece, the feedback may be less comprehensive. We have included some examples for you to look at but these are only an indication and your Assessment Officer will give individual feedback as is required by your work. All of our Assessment Officers have experience in giving students feedback on essays and are fully qualified in their area of expertise.

How do I know that your service will meet your promises?

I'm worried - is this legal?

It is your responsibility to check with your own university whether they have any rules against you using an assessment service. However, most do not and we are aware that some universities runs a similar service providing feedback to international students, on a smaller scale.

We do not add sections of material to your work but instead, we will direct your attention to issues and material that you have omitted, where appropriate. Is your service fully confidential?
Yes. Whilst we believe that there is nothing wrong with students using an assessment service, we fully respect your integrity and don't even need to take your name. Your details will be kept wholly confidential throughout the order and then deleted once it has been completed.
Do you send all the work you have assessed to a central database for universities to scan for plagiarism?
No, we never release your work to anyone other than the Assessment Officer for the purpose of marking. Once a reasonable period has passed for your order to have been dealt with, your work will be deleted from our system. Our Assessment Officers are required to observe a similar procedure.
You say your service is legal but is it cheating? You must read your university guidelines to see how they view our service. We offer no advice on this matter. We view our service as offering you a legitimate way to improve your grade yourself. Whether or not you take the suggestions of the person working with you is your decision. You will however see our advertisements for lecturer vacancies on many leading university recruitment sites. Clearly these universities would not cooperate with our recruitment procedure if they did not agree with our services.
Your service looks likes it encourages plagiarism - do you? No, there are other companies who will write parts of your answer for you but our Assessment Officers will only identify points you have not made or material that you need to include. They will not write your answer for you. 
How do I pay and when?
All payments to us go through either Barclays Merchant Services (part of Barclays Bank) or a company called WorldPay, who are owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland. Both payment providers independently verify all companies that they provide payments systems for. What if the work is marked late? If your work is marked late you will receive a discount. Accordingly, we are not in the habit of sending our work late to our customers!
How do I know I will get the service I have paid for, once I have paid?
If we were in the habit of defrauding customers, our payment providers would cut off their service to us and we would go out of business very quickly! Don't forget that we are a legitimate company with a trading address and a contact number. Unlike other companies that comprise simply a website and an e-mail address, we have real people to speak to, 6 days a week. We work hard to maintain our reputation because we believe the happier you are, the more people you will recommend us to!
How do I receive my assessed work?
All work is e-mailed to you by registered e-mail and comes as an attachment in the form of a word document.
What time will my work arrive?
All work will arrive on the day, or the day before you requested on your order form, Eg. If you requested a 5 day delivery, your work will arrive on day 5 or day 4 and so on. The usual time for delivery is 10p.m. but during very busy times it will arrive before 12.00 midnight.
