SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY

THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY is made on 14th April 2009 by me: Homer Simpson of 93 Mare Street, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria

DEFINITIONS

1. In this deed the following terms shall have the following meaning:

“Property”: 313 MARE STREET, HACKNEY, LONDON, E8 1EJ.

APPOINTMENT

2. I appoint Ms Silvana Begum of Address: 322 Market Road, Derbs, D14 9HH to be my attorney with authority to do all the things and execute all documents mentioned below for me, in my name and on my behalf only in respect of the Property only.
3. I have had the content of this document read and explained to me.

IN RESPECT OF MY FINANCIAL AFFAIRS

4. To take over all my financial affairs in respect of the above Property.
5. My Attorney may instruct a Solicitor to act in such matter as she deem fit and to give that Solicitor power to act in all matters arising under and in connection with the above Property and to take possession of and manage of which I am now Possessed or entitled and without prejudice to the generality of the following:
enter into contracts, covenants and arrangements of all kinds;
make and sign applications to any statutory, public, local or other competent authority or court of competent jurisdiction for any licences, permissions or consents required in connection with the management or improvement of my financial affairs including the recovery of compensation where it is recoverable;
Generally safe guard my interests.

IN RESPECT OF MONEY AND INVESTMENTS

4. My attorney may pay and defray all expenses in connection with the Property which she think fit.

IN RESPECT OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

5. My attorney may bring or defend any proceedings in my respect of or affecting the Property.
5.1 My attorney may settle compromise or submit to arbitration all accounts, claims and disputes between me and any other person or persons in respect of the Property.

IN RESPECT OF PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACTS

6. My attorney may perform and carry into effect any agreements made by me with any other person and complete any transaction in respect of the Property by the execution of all necessary documents and the doing of any necessary act including the registration of any matter in any registry.

EXTENT OF POWERS

7. My attorney may concur or act with any other person in any way interested in them in executing and doing any of the documents and acts mentioned in this power of attorney.

7.1 The powers given by this power of attorney apply to my aforementioned Property now or may be possessed by me.

7.2 Generally my attorney may act in relation to the subject matter of this power of attorney as fully and effectually in all respects as I could act myself.

7.3 The parts into which this power of attorney is divided are not exclusive of each other and any power given by it for any of its purposes may be used for any other of its purposes and independently of any other power.
