What happens if you can't find a writer?

If we are finding it difficult to locate a writer, we will contact you to ask if there is any further information that you can provide which may encourage a qualified writer to commit to your order. We would also ask you if you were able to allow any longer for the search to continue. If all options have been exhausted and still no writer has been secured, we would need to cancel your order. You would be given the option of a full refund or a credit coupon to be created; we would never retain any of your payment if we cannot fulfill the order.
