How do I know that your work will meet your promises?

When we receive your order from your writer, it is checked thoroughly by our Quality Team. The work is checked in-depth against the requirements you provided when placing the order to make sure the writer has followed your instructions. We use this process to compile a detailed quality report to verify that the work meets the grade you have ordered. Each piece of work is checked individually and carefully to ensure the grade you have ordered has been achieved. If we think there are any problems or issues, we’ll get the writer to amend the work straight away (before it’s sent to you).

Once you have received your order, you can file an amendment request if you feel it hasn’t met the grade you have ordered or you think your requirements have not been fully addressed.
